Unfortunately, the economy has forced us to live in a time when criminals and their daring acts of desperation are a regular part of our daily news. Everyone wants to feel safe at home, at work, and on the go. Our safety forces that normally provide the needed security and protection in our neighborhoods have been stretched to their limits. This makes Neighborhood Watch programs a critical asset now more than ever. Its a simple grade school concept, there's safety in numbers. Its people helping control crime in their own part of the city by keeping a watchful eye on what goes on, and reporting any suspicious persons or activities to the proper authorities. The Neighborhood Watch Directory provides vital information about meeting times and places for Neighborhood Watch groups throughout the Mansfield vicinity. We want concerned citizens to be able to find information about the watch group that meets in their neighborhood. This can only happen if everyone gets involved. If you have information that we can include here, your help would be much apprecieated.
