The First Prize will be awarded to the first person who correctly identifies the person, place, or subject of each week's posted game photograph. The winner will receive a fifty dollar gift certificate from Diamond Street Treasures, located at 69 North Diamond St. in downtown Mansfield. The certificate is for store credit only, and has no cash value.

The second prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received through Saturday morning @ 9AM. Drawings will be held on Saturday mornings at 10AM at the Coney Island Inn. This winner will receive a gift certificate good for one dozen free coneys from the Coney Island Inn, located at 20 South Park Street (on the square) in downtown Mansfield. The certificate is redeemable for food only, and has no cash value.
Official Find It In Mansfield Contest Rules
Here are the basic rules that apply to all games and contests hosted by Find It In Mansfield and/or WebChisler Internet Services, including our Name That Photo Contest:
1) Contests are open to all Find It In Mansfield website users of all ages. No purchase is necessary.
2) All sweepstakes/contests staged by Find It In Mansfield are open to U.S. residents only.
3) Odds of winning a prize from Find It In Mansfield will depend on the contest event, and the total number of qualified entries received.
4) All contest entries become the sole property of Find It In Mansfield and WebChisler Internet Services. Furthermore, Find It In Mansfield may withhold any contest materials crucial to the completion of the contest.
5) To allow for maximum enjoyment by all players, only one winner or qualifier per family or household will be allowed in any 30 day period.
6) All contestants acknowledge as a condition of entry that Find It In Mansfield and/or WebChisler Internet Services has a right to publicize or publish the winner's name, character, likeness, voice, or all matters incidental herein.
7) All prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution of prizes allowed.
8) Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received within the year of winning.
9) If required by Find It In Mansfield, WebChisler Internet Services, or its affiliates, winners must sign a liability release prior to receiving their prize.
10) Prizes usually will be mailed either first, second, or third class U.S. Mail at the discretion of Find It In Mansfield. If the prize is to be mailed, it is the responsibly of the winners to provide Find It In Mansfield with a current and correct mailing address. Find It In Mansfield is not responsible for, nor obligated to replace, any lost, stolen, or damaged prize sent through the U.S. Mail.
11) Prize winners may also choose to pick up their prize(s) personally at our office, located at 201 East Fifth Street, Suite 2104, Mansfield, Ohio. If the winner chooses to personally pick up a prize, it must be claimed within thirty calendar days of winning or by the date specified in the contest rules. Upon pick-up of prize, proper photo identification (i.e. valid driver's license, passport) from the winner may be required.
12) Find It In Mansfield will not remind winners of the deadline for claiming their prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize within the specified timeframe. All unclaimed prizes after thirty days will automatically be forfeited and may be awarded to another contestant. Find It In Mansfield is at liberty to give away any unclaimed prize at the end of the thirty-day grace period.
13) Under "unique circumstances," a representative designated by the winner will be allowed to accept the prize. Written authorization from the winner including representative's name, ID, and a photocopy of the winner's valid driver's license is required. Find It In Mansfield will qualify what constitutes a "unique circumstance."
14) In the event that a winner voluntarily chooses to not accept a prize, he/she automatically forfeits all claims to that prize. Find It In Mansfield then has the right, but not the obligation, to award that prize to a contest runner-up.
15) Find It In Mansfield and/or the sponsors of a game may substitute another prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of a prize.
16) Neither Find It In Mansfield nor WebChisler Internet Services will be held responsible for any defective prizes awarded by contest sponsors.
17) Find It In Mansfield is not responsible for any computer, browser, server, or other equipment malfunction that may or may not interfere with contest entries. Winners will be selected only from entries received by the deadline.
18) Employees of Find It In Mansfield, WebChisler Internet Services, its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and their families or households are ineligible to enter/win any contest staged on the Find It In Mansfield website.
19) Find It In Mansfield, WebChisler Internet Services, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives, hereby absolve themselves of any liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from any contests staged by Find It In Mansfield.
Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of Find It In Mansfield and/or WebChisler Internet Services, and may be enacted at any time. Basic Contest Rules and addenda are available for review during regular business hours at the Find It In Mansfield office located at 201 East Fifth Street, Suite 2104, Mansfield, OH, 44903.
